Hatchd Selects Hotwire For PR & Comms Services

Australian experience design studio Hatchd has announced it has selected global integrated PR and communications consultancy Hotwire following a competitive pitch.

Hatchd recently invested in refreshed branding, including a new website and messaging for the market.

Part of this new approach is working with Hotwire to debunk the myths and misconceptions around design thinking, and develop content that helps businesses put their customers’ needs front and centre in a systematic and profitable way.

Kristen Vang, director at Hatchd, said: “Design thinking has become a buzzword – lots of organisations are talking the talk, but few are walking the walk.

“There are huge financial benefits to be gained from applying a human-centred approach – businesses can create products, services and experiences that resonate deeply with their audience, leading to customer acquisition, sales, engagement, and loyalty.

“Hotwire stood out to us because of their strong media contacts and B2B PR and communications experience. Their systematic approach to refining our messaging and ensuring we reach our target audience in a valuable way has already delivered great results.”

Mylan Vu, country manager at Hotwire Australia, said: “Hatchd is a rare company, genuinely helping businesses either disrupt themselves, or disrupt their industry before external disruptors start encroaching on their market share.

“They have a compelling story, including the successes of clients who have used their design thinking and human-centred design approaches to transform how they interact with their customers. We’re delighted to have been selected by Hatchd to support their PR campaign.”
