Olivia’s experience operating her own pro table activations business has fast-tracked her into becoming a respected and trusted advisor to clients and helped establish brand experiences as a pro table unit across IPG Mediabrands.
The trust she quickly developed with clients allowed Olivia to deliver innovative solutions to solve their business challenges. This included self-funding brand experiences that delivered a pro t back to the client – like Kit Kat’s rst ever agship store in Melbourne.
Having previously conceived and managed The Rainbow Run, Australia’s rst fun run for marriage equality, Olivia also launched Ben & Jerry’s Ban Two Scoops campaign which generated extensive PR for marriage equality and the brand.
Outside of work, Olivia is heavily involved in the development of women’s sport – and feels privileged to be able to mentor young women in the traditionally male-dominated sphere, empowering them to live up to their full potential.
