Bursting onto the scene as an eclectically skilled aspiring designer, Tish was placed inn account & project management in her first roles at Sputnik and Isobar. Not one to be pigeon-holed, Tish also launched her first entrepreneurial venture at 19 named ‘Mister Mode’, a fashion market that featured in the 2013 L’Oréal Melbourne Fashion Festival. Showing her range again, soon after she released experiential food brand ‘Cook In’, that earned a place in a cookbook by Chin Chin’s head chef.
Her best and most rewarding role to date came about in 2016 when she was given a six-month budget to promote innovation across the DAN workforce of 1900 staff. Tish was so successful in the first period that the Dentsu Innovation Council has transformed into a business critical role with $1 million invested annually, rolling out business wide initiatives such as the hugely successful idea incubator ‘Brainbox’ that has already launched three start-ups to market.
