Nick Shelton is the man behind groundbreaking Australian cultural media brand, Broadsheet.
Shelton founded the city guide in 2009 at the age of 25, and which has become an authority on city culture in Australia. With an impressive 2.3 million readers each month and a revenue growth of at least 50% year-on-year since its launch, the Broadsheet brand has become iconic.
Broadsheet Media has also built exciting offline projects including numerous books, pop-ups, restaurants and events.
Alongside Broadsheet Media, Shelton heads up Broadsheet Studio (the publication’s branded content agency) delivering on large-scale commercial campaigns for a range of clients and Scout – an employment site aimed at the Broadsheet audience working in the hospitality, retail and creative industries.
Shelton now leads over 50 employees across the three brands and his next big venture is Broadsheet Kitchen, the most ambitious pop-up project to date, set to launch this November.
