In the past year, Elaine has completely changed the face of PayPal marketing, redefining how the business operates, reshaping her team and transforming agency partnerships.
Towards the end of 2016, Elaine led the creation of PayPal’s most successful campaign to date. Additionally she has carved out innovation budgets, creating opportunities for PayPal to test new technologies and champion innovative thought leadership campaigns.
Fostering a culture of professional and personal development is central to Elaine’s leadership success. Every team member has a development plan, mentor and access to monthly career coaching.
She also pioneered the first PayPal work placement program, collaborating with a number of Australian universities to nurture young industry talent with a pathway into the workplace.
Her passion for continuous learning is also evident on a more personal front, recently completing the Australian Institute of Company Directors course and securing her first board position.
