When an opportunity arose to return to lead the TAC account for Clemenger Melbourne, Naomi was hesitant at rst, having taken a break after having children.
Yet by the time 2016 rolled around, she was on the leadership team under a new CEO who had ambitious goals to turn the company into not just an advertising agency, but a fully integrated media and creative business able to compete on the world stage.
Naomi recently led teams on six pitches, with a win rate of 75 per cent – and she now oversees all government business.
She also spearheads people and culture initiatives on the leadership team including a rst ever wellness audit and strategy for 280 sta .
Identifying that creativity can come from anywhere, she implemented the ‘exceptions to the rule’ graduate program where Clemenger recruited people from all walks of life. These six graduates all now have permanent roles in the agency across a variety of departments.
